Navigating ConcertoGRC

The platform uses a collapsible sidebar for navigation, organized into module groups. Your available modules depend on your role and which modules are enabled for your organization.

Favorites

Star any navigation item to add it to your Favorites section at the top of the sidebar. Click the star icon next to a menu item to toggle it. Favorites persist across sessions.

Collapsing Sections

Click any section header to collapse or expand it. The sidebar remembers which sections you've collapsed. Use the Collapse all button at the top to minimize all sections at once.

Module Access

Not all sidebar items are visible to every user. Visibility depends on:

• Your role -- Admins see more options than standard users or auditors
• Enabled modules -- Your organization may not have all modules enabled
• Module Access Role -- Admins can assign Module Access Roles that restrict which modules a user can see
• Organization selection -- Some items only appear when you have an organization selected

If you don't see a module you expect, contact your tenant administrator to verify it's enabled and that your Module Access Role includes it.

Organization Switcher

If you have access to multiple organizations (common for Concerto team members), use the organization switcher at the top of the sidebar to change your active tenant context. All data displayed updates to reflect the selected organization.

Notification Badges

Some navigation items show badge counts for items requiring attention:

• Regulatory Register -- New regulatory updates to review
• Customers -- Pending commitment requests
• Notifications -- SLA alerts, overdue tasks, and pending items (bell icon in the top bar)
