Firm Dashboard & Clients
This page describes the interface for audit firm tenant types, organizations whose business is conducting assessments. GRC tenants managing their own external audits use the Assessments module instead.
The firm dashboard is the home screen for audit firm tenants. It provides an at-a-glance view of active engagements, upcoming deadlines, and team workload.
Dashboard
The dashboard displays summary statistics across all assessments:
- Active Assessments - Engagements currently in progress
- Upcoming - Scheduled assessments not yet started
- Overdue - Past due date without completion
- Completed This Quarter - Recently closed engagements
Client Management
Access from Clients in the sidebar. Each audit firm maintains a client directory within ConcertoGRC.
Client Records
Each client record contains:

| Primary Contact | Name, email, phone |
| Secondary Contact | Backup contact details |

Client Status

Client List
The clients page shows a searchable, filterable table of all client records. Filter by status to focus on active engagements or prospects.
Team Management

Team members can be:
- Assigned as Lead Auditor on specific assessments
- Added to assessment teams with defined roles
